Rates are based upon 4 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 2 pets for a minimum of 3 months. Pet size and breed restrictions apply. A second vehicle may be permitted depending upon the size of RV space and the size of RV. RVs must be in excellent condition. Please send pictures of all sides to sutherlin@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.

Monthly Rates & Security Deposit

Mobile Homes – $725 per month, plus utilities, and $725 security deposit and application approval prior to move in.

Long-Term RV Space – $725.00 per month, plus trash. Residents pay provider directly for electricity,water, and sewer. (Direct billed) Deposit: $725

Payments
We accept Money orders, Cashier Checks or Online payments (Debit/ACH).

Early Departures
There are no refunds for early departures. 30 days notice required, security refunded when notice provided and paid in full.
